Welcome to Whitehorse, the capital city of the Yukon Territory and a fantastic place to view the Northern Lights. Whitehorse is situated under the Aurora Oval, which is consistently one of the best places for viewing the awe-inspiring Aurora Borealis.

Upon arrival in Whitehorse, you will be met by a local guide and transferred (included) to your hotel. Your winter clothing will be waiting for you at your hotel (included). This evening, start your Aurora viewing. Guests will be taken to a viewing point outside the city. Normally, there are curtains of white, blue and green colours in this natural light show. They also form a corona that seems to burst.
Treats and hot beverages are included tonight.

Enjoy a city tour of Whitehorse today. This sightseeing tour takes you to all of the highlights and landmarks of Whitehorse including the SS Klondike Paddlewheel, Yukon Government Building, Yukon Visitor Centre, Yukon River, Main Street, Log Cabin Skyscrapers, Macbride Museum, White Pass & Yukon Route train station and the Yukon Beringia Interpretive Centre. This evening, enjoy another Aurora viewing. Treats and hot beverages are included tonight.
